We are seeking a fun and dedicated Foot Health Practitioner to join our dynamic and nurturing team. The clinic revolves on a positive and happy team culture.
The role will be rewarding, challenging and support provided with ongoing CPD of your choice.
We have a fantastic local reputation that we are looking to grow further. This is a full time, employed position, salary plus profit share is on offer. The role is open to both newly qualified and experienced Foot Health Practitioners
The Role
A varied caseload, specialist podiatry services such as SWIFT, Lunula Laser, Nail Reconstruction and training will be provided where required
Weekly clinical meetings. Monthly mentoring and coaching.
To work closely with our existing podiatry team to aid personal growth
Flexible and adaptable work ethic required to support business growth and ensure sustainability
Clear communication skills needed to work closely with all team members
Regular chosen CPD / mentoring, career progression and many
opportunities provided
Opportunities to grow other key skills that can benefit your role and the business.
Be able to pivot when the business needs to adapt to economic,
environmental, and physical changes.
Working hours: Monday to Friday
