As Front of House at Walk This Way Podiatry, my role revolves around customer service, ensuring our clients receive first-class service, and everything at the clinic runs like clockwork.

Having suffered from long-term foot problems, it was a life-changing experience to have them corrected with custom foot orthotics and physiotherapy. Hence, I find it extremely rewarding to be part of our clients’ journey to pain-free feet, supporting them all along so that they can experience the same freedom and relief as I have done.

My career has always been people focused. After qualifying in Psychology and Counselling, I spent 12 years working within the education system in both pastoral/emotional support roles and as a specialist in educational needs. I’m extremely passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and get a great sense of satisfaction from seeing our clients’ foot health improve, particularly when they leave the clinic with a smile on their faces.

In my free time, I love a good book. I’m the proud owner of a hand-picked collection, which could rival a small library. I’m into most genres, from fantasy to mysteries, biographies, and journals, although my favourite is definitely thrillers. I seem to be pretty good at guessing the twists and turns, so if a book can surprise me, then it’s a good read as far as I’m concerned.
